DIN EN 175301-1P65
Coil for 121K2423 -121K6423
483824 with steel housing IP44
c) Maximum Viscosity 76 cSt of 0℃ to 160℃.Spring force is used to close the seat.
INSTALLATION
Before installing a solenoid valve please verify model is appropriate and doublecheck that product specification related to nominal voltage, frequency, media type and temperature, pressure and flow rate are alige.
CONNECTION
Before installing the device please verify the flow path indication on valve body made by an arrow, a number or letter At the valve entrance a filter is installed that conforms to the relevant standards.
This must not be removed
The tightness of the valve connection must be achieved without additional sealants; such as a Teflon band, for example.
Never use coil or sleeve as lever when you are fixing the valve to the pipes: this might cause deformation of the sleeve causing the device breakdown. If necessary please use an appropriate wrench on valve body parallel faces.
MAINTENANCE
Stop supplying energy and pressurized flow to the device before starting any maintenance.
Clean and inspect all those parts which might be affected by deterioration/worn.
In re-assemblig the valves please check all the components to be monted in the same position as before, avoiding any damage to internal parts.
When enerqized, the coil must be only used on the valve and never without a housing* and base plate*

APPLICATION
Quick-open device.
Safety shut-off device for firing systems in accordance with DIN EN ISO 23553-1.

b) Coll for 122F4321: 483824 with steel housing IP44 or IP67483764-492475 with cable socket in accordance with DIN EN 175301- IP65
Coil for 122K8321, 122K9321: 483824 with steel housing IP44
c) Maximum viscasity 76 cSt from 0℃ to 160℃MODE OF ACTION
If the opened solenoid valveis activated the seat closes. When tuming off the power, the armatureis moved upwards and the seat is opened.
Spring tension is used to open the seat.
INSTALLATION
Before installation, ensure that the correct type of valve, max. pressure range, voltage, and other values provided on the rating plate or magnetic coll are used. Valves can be installed in any location required.
Pipe connection
Take note of the pressure iniet side (denoted by the arrow on the body of the valve). In the system, a standard-compliant dirt trap with a maximum mesh size of 0.5 mm must be connected upwards, upstream of the valve.
The tightness of the valve connection must be achieved without additional sealants; such as a Teilon band, for example. Do not use the controller as a lever to tighten the pipe connections. Use the connection to avoid high mechanical tension.
MAINTENANCE
If the valve is removable, the electrical circuit and the medium pressure must be switched off before any repair work.
When live, the coll may only be used on the valve and never without a housing* and base plate*
CLEANING
The period of time between cleaning and revision work depends mainly on the operating cycles of the valve.
Root cause analysis
If the valve will not close, even with live electronic parts, perform the following checks:
- Main fuse of the general power grid
- Electrical connections (phase, grounding, etc.)
- Cable isolation
- Operating conditions of the electrical parts (number of switching cycles per minute, medium and ambient temperature)
- Voltage (-15%+10% of the nominal voltage listed on the coil)
- Medium pressure
If a leak occurs in the valve, clean the intemal parts with soapy water or use a new valve.
